Usage

reslice_to_mrs(mri, mrs, interp = 3L)

Arguments

mri

nifti object to be resliced.

mrs

mrs_data object for the target orientation.

interp

interpolation parameter, see nifyreg.linear definition.

Value

resliced imaging data.
